WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE WIDGET WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY ERRORS WILL BE CORRECTED. THE INFORMATION PROVIDED THROUGH THE WIDGET MAY BE INCOMPLETE, INACCURATE, OR OUTDATED.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, FIG.1 AI, ITS AFFILIATES, AND THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM: (A) YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE WIDGET; (B) ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM THE WIDGET; OR (C) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT.

IN NO EVENT SHALL FIG.1 AI'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATED TO THE WIDGET EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU, IF ANY, FOR ACCESSING THE WIDGET.

9. Changes to These Terms
